1. Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Maintain monthly profit and loss statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal regulations.
  • Provide financial advice and support to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (B.Com, MBA, or M.Com).
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary: 275-300 KWD


2. Office Administrator & Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office records, files, and databases.
  • Handle and coordinate inventory tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Use software tools like Excel and Word effectively.
  • Assist with warehouse coordination and ensure tasks are completed.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in office administration and coordination.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary: 225-250 KWD
