We are hiring an Office & Security Coordinator to join our team in Kuwait.
Job Details:
- Position: Coordinator
- Experience Required: 2–4 years in office management, security coordination, or facilities administration.
- Salary: 300 KD – 450 KD
- Visa Requirement: Transferable Visa (No. 18 – Ahli)
- Age Limit: 42 years or below
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect employees, visitors, and office assets.
- Develop emergency procedures like evacuation plans, fire drills, and first-aid protocols.
- Manage visitor registration, identification badges, and escorting processes.
- Handle relationships with vendors for cleaning, security, and maintenance services.
- Maintain records such as access logs, incident reports, and security documentation.
- Prepare reports on security incidents, office maintenance activities, and safety compliance.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Basic knowledge of Arabic (speaking).
