Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience in material testing, including soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregates
- Ability to conduct lab tests, maintain equipment, and prepare accurate reports
- Must adhere to safety and quality standards
- Preference for candidates in Kuwait who can join immediately
