Role Overview:

As the Procurement Officer, you will manage the entire procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all procurement activities, ensuring efficient and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.
  2. Develop and implement procurement strategies that meet the division’s needs.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure reliable deliveries.
  4. Manage the entire purchasing process from requisition to inventory management.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  6. Monitor procurement budgets and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
  7. Evaluate suppliers to ensure high-quality goods and services are procured.
  8. Prepare and maintain detailed procurement reports and accurate documentation.
  9. Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, pricing changes, and new suppliers.
  10. Resolve supplier-related issues to minimize disruption to operations.
