Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the hiring process, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration, ensuring all HR policies are followed.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisals and support employee development initiatives to foster growth.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance on HR policies and address any employee concerns or questions.
- Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and ensure full compliance with labor laws.
- HR Strategy: Contribute to HR strategy by implementing initiatives that align with company goals.
- HR Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR reports, using data to recommend improvements for processes.
Basic Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-6 years of experience in HR, focusing on employee relations and HR operations.
