Sales Coordinator (Female) with Basic Accounting Knowledge

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator (Female) with basic accounting knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to efficiently support both sales and accounting functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by processing orders, answering customer inquiries, and handling daily tasks.
  • Customer Service: Act as the main contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and providing timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Order Management: Ensure accurate creation, tracking, and timely delivery of sales orders.
  • Invoicing and Billing: Help prepare and manage basic invoicing and billing tasks, ensuring accurate transactions.
  • Accounting Assistance: Support basic accounting functions such as tracking payments, maintaining records, and generating simple financial reports.
  • Inventory Coordination: Work with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and manage product delivery schedules.
  • Sales Reporting: Help prepare regular sales reports and related documents for the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Gender: Female (as per role requirements)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or coordination role, with some exposure to accounting tasks.
  • Basic Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, payments, and financial tracking.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of accounting software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in [insert language(s)].
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in sales and financial tasks.
