Job Description:
The IT Support Specialist will provide technical support and assistance to employees within the organization. You will interact with staff at all levels and help implement new systems or updates both on-site and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment to ensure it works efficiently.
  • Perform repairs, upgrades, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Identify and reduce cyber security risks.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and manage the asset database.
  • Knowledge of CCTV configuration and troubleshooting is highly beneficial.
  • Assist with IT-related projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
