Job Overview
We are looking for an Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman, Executive Directors, and other senior staff members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient administrative assistance to senior management.
- Handle communication, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
- Maintain organized records and manage office procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of office administration and clerical procedures.
- Typing speed: At least 50 words per minute.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and able to quickly adapt to new tools.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong drafting skills.
- Immediate availability.
