Customer Support Agent needed

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Support Agent to join our team at Blink. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and e-commerce platforms, with a strong ability to handle customer inquiries and ensure a seamless shopping experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Assist customers with orders, payments, and returns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer support (1-2 years minimum, e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, ERP, Genesys, and Zendesk).
