Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
- Assist customers with orders, payments, and returns.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer support (1-2 years minimum, e-commerce experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM tools and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, ERP, Genesys, and Zendesk).
