Job Responsibilities
- Passport & Visa Applications: Handle the entire process of passport and visa applications following the Mission’s standards.
- Customer Assistance: Answer questions and guide applicants on rules and regulations with clarity and politeness.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter customer data without errors.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge of the services and products we offer.
- Cash Handling: Manage and report cash transactions accurately.
- Shift Flexibility: Willing to work at different locations and flexible shift timings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in Arabic.
- Education: Must be a graduate.
- Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Teamwork: Must be a collaborative team player.
- Language: Proficiency in Arabic typing and speaking is mandatory.
- Visa: Local hires only (Transferable visa).
