Job Responsibilities

  • Passport & Visa Applications: Handle the entire process of passport and visa applications following the Mission’s standards.
  • Customer Assistance: Answer questions and guide applicants on rules and regulations with clarity and politeness.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter customer data without errors.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge of the services and products we offer.
  • Cash Handling: Manage and report cash transactions accurately.
  • Shift Flexibility: Willing to work at different locations and flexible shift timings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in Arabic.
  • Education: Must be a graduate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Teamwork: Must be a collaborative team player.
  • Language: Proficiency in Arabic typing and speaking is mandatory.
  • Visa: Local hires only (Transferable visa).
