We are looking for a motivated and skilled Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in client coordination, resource management, and handling administrative tasks such as invoice and quote preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain regular communication with clients
- Manage and track resources effectively
- Prepare invoices and quotes based on client requirements
- Ensure smooth daily operations and support in administrative tasks
- Address client inquiries and maintain strong professional relationships
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on client coordination and resource management
- Proficient in Hindi and English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in preparing invoices and quotes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Working Hours:
- 8 hours per day, Saturday to Thursday
