Location: Shuaiba, Kuwait
Contract Type: Permanent
Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (8 hours per day, 5 days a week)
We are looking for an experienced accountant to join our Finance Department. As an accountant, you will play a key role in preparing accurate financial reports and ensuring timely submission in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree: Bachelor of Commerce, BBA in Accounting, or similar qualification.
- Experience: 5-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in Kuwait.
- ERP System Knowledge: Familiarity with systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Certification: CPA or CMA certification is a bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage general ledger and record journal entries.
- Perform month-end and year-end closings.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Conduct variance analysis to track financial performance.
- Ensure smooth cash flow management.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Support both internal and external audits.
