Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their project needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop detailed proposals, including scope, timelines, and pricing.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure profitable projects in line with company goals.
  • Deliver impactful presentations that highlight the company’s strengths and value.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Track the sales pipeline, qualify leads, and predict revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development in the engineering contracting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering design, construction methods, and project management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and deep market understanding.
  • Proficient in CRM systems to manage client data and sales pipeline.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
