Urgent Requirement: Office & Security Coordinator

We are hiring an Office & Security Coordinator to join our team in Kuwait.

Job Details:

  • Position: Coordinator
  • Experience Required: 2–4 years in office management, security coordination, or facilities administration.
  • Salary: 300 KD – 450 KD
  • Visa Requirement: Transferable Visa (No. 18 – Ahli)
  • Age Limit: 42 years or below

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily office operations to ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  2. Implement and monitor security protocols to protect employees, visitors, and office assets.
  3. Develop emergency procedures like evacuation plans, fire drills, and first-aid protocols.
  4. Manage visitor registration, identification badges, and escorting processes.
  5. Handle relationships with vendors for cleaning, security, and maintenance services.
  6. Maintain records such as access logs, incident reports, and security documentation.
  7. Prepare reports on security incidents, office maintenance activities, and safety compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
    • Strong command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
    • Basic knowledge of Arabic (speaking).
