Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in client coordination, resource management, and handling administrative tasks like invoice and quote preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate regularly with clients and maintain strong relationships.
  • Manage and track resources effectively.
  • Prepare invoices and quotes based on client needs.
  • Support daily operations and assist with administrative duties.
  • Handle client inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, especially in client coordination and resource management.
  • Strong proficiency in Hindi and English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience with preparing invoices and quotes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • MUST BE IN KUWAIT.

Working Hours

  • 8 hours per day, Saturday to Thursday.
