We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Admin Assistant to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have experience in client coordination, resource management, and handling administrative tasks such as preparing invoices and quotes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and communicate regularly with clients.
  • Manage resources and track them efficiently.
  • Prepare invoices and quotes based on client requirements.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and assist with administrative functions.
  • Address client inquiries and maintain professional relationships.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, especially in client coordination and resource management.
  • Proficiency in both Hindi and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in preparing invoices and quotes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours

  • 8 hours per day, Saturday to Thursday.
