We are looking for a Center Supervisor to ensure smooth operations and provide effective leadership at our center. The ideal candidate will have experience in team management, customer service, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning.
- Foster teamwork and maintain a disciplined work environment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by quickly addressing concerns and resolving grievances.
- Assist staff in maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime.
- Maintain records and generate regular performance reports for management and staff.
- Manage inventory and ensure all necessary resources are available for operations.
- Schedule staff and ensure proper manning for customer service (CS) roles.
- Keep staff updated on BLS, consulate, and embassy changes.
- Handle day-end cash closing and prepare reports.
- Provide training on customer service, products, and processes.
- Act as the first point of escalation for customer and employee issues.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience in team management, business development, and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
- BPO experience (2+ years) and operations management (5+ years) is preferred.
- Team management experience (5+ years) is also preferred.
